Turn first-timers into regulars.
Grow The Pot is a digital loyalty program for independent cafes and restaurants. Customers scan one QR code, collect points on every visit, and come back to spend a reward.
No plastic cards. No app to download. No clipboard by the till.
- No app to download
- No setup fee
- Live the same morning
What you get
Six things that make a loyalty program actually get used
Points on every visit
Points, not punches. Decide how many a customer earns per dollar, double them on a quiet Tuesday, and cap or expire them whenever it suits the till.
QR sign-up in 12 seconds
One code on the table tent. A customer scans with the camera already in their hand, types a first name and a mobile number, and they are in. Nothing to download.
Rewards worth walking back for
A free flat white at 80 points. Twenty percent off brunch. A pastry on their birthday. You build the reward ladder and change it whenever the menu changes.
Numbers that answer real questions
Who has stopped coming in. Which reward actually pulls people back for a second visit. What a regular is worth over a year. Plain answers, not a dashboard to excavate.
Set up before the lunch rush
Nothing to install and nothing to migrate. Pick your rewards, print your code, start scanning. Most venues take their first sign-up the same morning they start.
Staff-friendly by design
One screen, two taps, no training day. New starters work it out on their first shift, and nobody has to go looking for a manager to unlock anything.
How it works
Four steps, and the first one is printing a piece of card
- 01
Print the code
We send a table tent, a window sticker and a till-side card, each carrying your venue's own QR code. Put them where people already stand still.
- 02
Customers scan and join
A phone camera, a first name and a mobile number. No app, no password, no confirmation email to chase. They are a member before the coffee lands.
- 03
Points land on every visit
Staff scan the customer's code at the till, or the customer scans yours. Points post straight away and the balance updates on their phone while they are still standing there.
- 04
Rewards pull them back
At the threshold you set, the reward unlocks and we tell them. They come in to spend it, and in most kitchens they order something alongside it.

What it sounds like from behind the counter
We tried paper punch cards twice and lost the box both times. This one lives on people's phones, and I can see who has not been in for a month without having to ask anyone.
Marisol DuarteOwner, Ferndale Coffee HousePortland, Oregon The sign-up is the whole thing. Twelve seconds at the counter, and nobody has to spell their email address out over a running grinder.
Theo BlackwoodGeneral Manager, The Copper KettleLeeds, United Kingdom Tuesday nights were dead. We doubled points on Tuesdays for six weeks and now there is a queue by seven. I did not have to phone a single person to make that happen.
Priya RaghavanCo-owner, Masala YardBirmingham, United Kingdom New starters pick it up on their first shift. When you are hiring in July, that matters a great deal more than any feature list.
